Bekah M., RN has over eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse and has been with Riverside’s Orthopedic Specialists as an Ambulatory Nurse for the last three years. One of the many tasks of a nurse in an outpatient clinic is answering patient phone calls. Whether completing medical necessity paperwork or educating patients on post-operative care, Bekah works to provide an excellent patient experience. Additionally, Bekah believes in providing patients with the needed education to help ease any fear an upcoming operation may bring about. Today we are celebrating Kelly, an RN at Primary Care in Manteno. While COVID brought many challenges, Kelly rose the occasion and continued to provide exceptional and compassionate care to each patient she encountered. Today we congratulate, Annette B., RN. Annette has been working at Riverside for over 25 years and she is a staff RN in the operating room. She is not only excellent in her role but stepped up to volunteer in the manpower pool during COVID, placing her in several different roles. Annette continues to use her expertise in her the many procedures she is able to perform as well as her ability to flex between roles throughout the day and when she is on call.
