MAGNET RECOGNITION PROGRAM® — SITE VISIT
Riverside Medical Center was designated as a Magnet organization in 2011 and 2016 by the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®. This prestigious designation recognizes excellence in nursing services. In June 2021, Riverside Medical Center is applying for re-designation.
Patients, family members, staff, and interested parties who would like to provide comments are encouraged to do so. Anyone may send comments via e-mail and direct mail.
Your comments must be received by the Magnet Program Office by June 18, 2021
NOTE: All comments are CONFIDENTIAL and are not shared with the health care organization. Comments may be anonymous, but they must be sent in writing to the Magnet Program Office.

Riverside Healthcare Receives “A” Rating from Leapfrog
Leapfrog’s Hospital Safety Grade gave Riverside an “A” rating for the fourth grading period in a row and is the only hospital in the region to receive an “A” rating this term. This award recognizes Riverside’s commitment to patient safety along with injury, accident and infection prevention.

We are so grateful for our Riverside Home Healthcare team and everything they do for the community.
Home Healthcare therapists, nurses, and social workers support patients in their recovery from an injury or illness. This means visiting patients’ homes to make sure they are taking the correct medications, doing rehabilitation exercises, and following their treatment plan.
