Wanda is a RN in our Home Health Care facility and is in her 39th year here at Riverside! Since starting in Home Health, she has gained a wealth of knowledge in community health care. Wanda consistently demonstrates compassion for her patients and the communities she services. She goes above and beyond teaching patients, families and caregivers how to care for their loved ones at home. She will make extra trips to patient’s homes (sometimes with treats) to brighten their day! The Home Health Care team and her patients would like to say “Thank You” for your excellent care and support. She is a true example of the “Year of the Nurse”.

2020 has been designated as the Year of the Nurse and throughout this year and into 2021 we will be celebrating nurses who have been nominated as someone who exemplifies what it means to be a nurse.
