Women’s Health Services Transition FAQ

We understand that changes in healthcare services can feel overwhelming. Our team at Riverside Healthcare is here to make this transition as easy and stress-free as possible for you and your family. Whether you need help finding a new provider, transferring medical records, or simply have questions, we are ready to support you every step of the way.

1. What insurance plans do you accept?

Riverside Healthcare accepts most major insurance plans, and has recently come in network for the following added insurance plans:

• Aetna Better Health Medicaid
• Aetna Better Health MMAI
• Blue Choice Options
• Blue Choice Select
• Blue Choice Exchange – Preferred

We recommend contacting your insurance provider or calling our office at (815) 935-4651 to verify your coverage. Full list of insurance can also be found at myrhc.net/insurance

2. How do I transfer my medical records to Riverside Healthcare?

You may schedule your appointment before sending your medical records, however records must be received before your visit.

Prior to/on May 16, please contact Westwood directly and have medical records faxed to Riverside Women’s Health at (815) 935-2970.

After May 16, please contact St. Mary’s Hospital at (815) 937-2400 and have medical records faxed to Riverside Women’s Health at (815) 935-2970.

Yes! We encourage you to tour our Family Birthing Center!
