What’s New at the Gift Shop?

Nothing Bundt Cake Sales for February moved to Thursday February 9. Doesn’t the Oreo Cookie bundt cake look delicious?

Come out and support the Night Shift Hours 5am – 8:30am. Check the events calendar for the twice a month opening that we will continue with interest.

Valentine’s Day is evident in the Gift Shop. Stock up early on surprises for your special someone. We also have Heart badge holders for February – National Heart Healthy Month.

CIRA Partnership

Starting this month, Central Illinois Radiological Associates (CIRA) has partnered with Riverside Medical Group to provide outpatient Interventional Radiology (IR) clinic services. Interventional radiology is a therapeutic and diagnostic specialty that uses a wide range of minimally invasive image-guided therapeutic procedures as well as invasive diagnostic imaging. Outpatient IR clinic services were previously offered in suite B507 and will now be offered in the RMG Heart & Vascular Institute, 500 N. Wall Street, Suite C100. CIRA Radiologists will continue to support all radiology services here at Riverside. Referral workflows and phone numbers will stay the same.

First Baby of 2023!

Welcome to the world, Jacob! Born at 4:00 p.m. on Jan. 3rd at Riverside Medical Center, Jacob was the first Riverside baby of 2023.

Congratulations to parents Michael Brandenburg and Sammantha Hubbard of Kankakee. This is just the beginning of an exciting year of ‘firsts’ at Riverside in 2023!

Blood Drive NEW DATE – December 29

Those who donate will receive a long sleeve Red Cross t-shirt. (Quantities are limited)

The next drive at Riverside is on Thursday, December 29 from 10 am-4 pm in the Johnson Lecture Hall.

If you were previously scheduled for the December 23 Blood Drive that was canceled, your appointment will automatically transfer to the new date – December 29.

If you are eligible to donate at the December 29 drive, please contact Alison Paglin by email or at Ext 31825 for an appointment or log onto www.redcrossblood.org. (Appointments are required.)  Additional drives in the area are also available if the drive at Riverside does not work into your schedule.
