Riverside hosts Shark Tank 2025
The Shark Tank 2025 event at Riverside took place on June 5th from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the back of the cafeteria. Modeled after the popular “Shark Tank” concept, this engaging event featured innovative proposals presented by staff from across the organization. Participants shared creative solutions aimed at improving patient care, staff experience, and operational effectiveness.
The event featured a series of presentations highlighting the talent, collaboration, and forward-thinking culture at Riverside. Staff from a variety of departments showcased their ideas in front of peers and leadership, emphasizing cross-functional innovation and teamwork.

Graduate Medical Education celebrates 9 resident and fellow graduates!
On Friday, June 13th, family, friends and Riverside administration and staff celebrated 6 resident graduates and 3 fellow graduates who will complete their training on June 30, 2025. We want to congratulate the following:
• Internal Medicine (IM) Resident graduates: Trisha Andrews, MBBS; Vijay Kata, MD; Suchitra Muralidharan, MBBS; Brett Ploussard, DO; and Mathew Thomas, MBBS
• Psychiatry (Psy) Resident graduate: Chase Hiller, MD
• Gastroenterology (GI) Fellow: Paul Kozak, DO
• Cardiology (CD) Fellow: Andrew Mariano, DO
• Interventional Cardiology (ICD) Fellow: Jordan Luli, DO
During the graduation ceremony, the program recognized 2 residents who stand out amongst their peers in their compassion and commitment to patient care, being a leader and team player, and who are committed to the enrichment of self and others. This year the awards went to:

• Chase Hiller, MD (Psy)
The residents and fellows also had a chance to acknowledged various faculty members who have demonstrated their excellence as educators and role models to the program. Congratulations to the following faculty members:
